Summer Day Camp Coordinator
The Salinas Community YMCA has an opening for a Summer Day Camp Coordinator position for our Summer Day Camp program. Dates of employment are June 2012 through August 2012. We are looking for creative and responsible people who can be fast on their feet.
This is a part-time seasonal job Monday through Friday. Rate of pay is $10.77 - $17.23 per hour.
Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age, two years previous experience required working with youth grades K-8 in a summer day camp program setting, 2 years supervision of staff in a summer day camp program setting, 6-9 ECE units or equivalent, current CPR/First Aid certification.

*This job really caught my attention because I have all skills necessary to apply for this job. as a coordinator I am sure I would have responsibilities such as keeping track of amount of kids who attend to summer camp and i would be able to use my knowledge in technology using spreadsheets. I have worked in summer camp settings before and keeping track of this data is sometimes necessary.
